Sexual Performance Supplement Is Recalled


Were you under the impression that men are the only ones that have low sex drive problems? Well, unbeknownst to many people, women actually have issues with low sex drive and many of these women consistently utilize sexual enhancement products in order to bring their sex drive back to a peak.
Recently, there has been a Southern California firm which is recalling a female sexual enhancement supplement, because one of the ingredients in the herbal supplement is not visible on the label of the product.

What’s the name of the missing ingredient?

The answer is, Tadalafil.

The company, Regeneca, based out of Irvine California, made a statement on Saturday that it will pull all of these particular products from the shelves. The name of the product is called, Regeneca, and the FDA confirmed that the product did in fact have traces of Tadafil, which is an FDA approved drug currently used to treat erectile dysfunction. The company failed to list this key ingredient in the product, however after an audit by the FDA, has voluntarily decided to pull this product off the shelves.

Tadafil has the potential to interact with nitrates found in certain prescription medications, which could lead to lowering one’s blood pressure to extreme levels.

The company has stated that all consumers have the option to return the unused product for an exchange, or if they prefer, a refund.
